Ben Christensen is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, TEDx speaker, ultramarathoner, and graduate of the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. He brings nearly a decade of experience in the climate space, with more than five of those years leading Cambium — the first tech-native forestry company. Under his leadership, Cambium has earned TIME Best Invention, Fast Company Most Innovative Companies, and awards from the World Economic Forum, The Nature Conservancy, and others.
On the trail, Ben has run 160 miles across the Sahara and 131 miles nonstop through the Alaskan backcountry. This fall he'll toe the line at the Moab 240 — a 240-mile mountain race across the canyons of southern Utah. He's adding an additional 10 miles to his effort to raise money to plant 250,000 trees in celebration of America's 250th anniversary.
Whether he's running across a desert or building a company from the ground up, Ben explores what it means to push limits — offering real-world insights on climate, leadership, and navigating seemingly insurmountable challenges.
