Xavier is a passionate, lifelong cyclist who began riding in his youth and never stopped. Over the course of his racing career, he rose through the ranks to compete at the elite pro/1/2 level, including the prestigious 8-day Milk Rás UCI 2.2 stage race in Ireland — one of the most storied amateur stage races in the world.

Today, Xavier channels that competitive drive into epic ultra-distance gravel and marathon mountain bike races, logging countless training miles in pursuit of the next big effort. Beyond racing, he gives back to the cycling community by advocating for safer roads for all users — actively serving on the boards of directors for both Bicycle Colorado and the Coalition 4 Cyclists in Boulder County.

Professionally, Xavier brings over 20 years of experience as an advertising and marketing executive, integrated producer, and operations leader. His career and his cycling aren't separate pursuits — they're both about building something that lasts and bringing people along for the ride.
